Prior Clear is a product of Hillman Melkamu and Meyer, Inc. This notice covers the website and product demonstration. Contact hello@priorclear.com with privacy questions or to request access, correction, or deletion.

Waitlist information

We ask for your email and audience type. Your name and organization are optional. With your agreement, our team uses this information for product updates, early-access invitations, and relevant follow-up. We do not sell your contact information.

Website analytics

We use PostHog analytics by default on the public marketing website to understand visits and key actions. This includes pages viewed, referring website, campaign source, medium, and campaign label, device category, approximate country or city, and waitlist actions. Session replay is limited to public marketing pages; form fields and page text are masked, and internal pages are excluded. The demo does not use session replay. We use an anonymous browser identifier and do not send form contents, patient records, passwords, or precise GPS location. The marketing website sends events to Prior Clear's Marketing PostHog project. You can opt out or opt back in using the control in the footer. We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.

Optional demo introduction

You may choose to provide your name and email to associate your demo activity with your introduction. This is optional, does not verify identity, and does not subscribe you to the waitlist. You can continue anonymously.

Storage and access

Vercel hosts the website and demo. Neon stores waitlist information. PostHog processes website analytics. Access to the waitlist is restricted to authorized administrators. The founders’ internal reference page is excluded from marketing analytics.

Retention and your choices

We review waitlist records annually and remove contacts no longer needed for early access or follow-up. You may ask us to remove your information sooner by emailing hello@priorclear.com. Analytics is used only to understand visits and product interactions. Contact us to request deletion of an optional demo introduction or associated identifiable analytics.

Do not submit health information

The demonstration is for product review, not patient care. Do not submit patient names, clinical records, insurance member IDs, or other protected health information through the website, demo, or email.
