This notice explains how Hillman, Melkamu and Meyer, Inc. uses information submitted through the PriorClear early-access website.

Information we collect

The waitlist asks for your name, work email, organization, role, optional workflow feedback, and permission to contact you. We collect only what is needed to understand interest in PriorClear and coordinate research or early access.

How we use it

We may use your information to contact you about research conversations, product previews, pilot opportunities, and PriorClear updates. We do not sell waitlist information.

Do not submit health information

This website and waitlist are not intended to receive protected health information. Do not submit patient names, case details, chart content, member IDs, or other sensitive clinical information.

Retention and requests

We retain waitlist information while the early-access program is active or as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. To ask about, correct, or delete a submission, contact the PriorClear team through the same email channel used for your invitation or follow-up.

Changes

We may update this preview notice as the product, company, and public launch mature. A production launch should receive formal legal review before collecting broader customer or patient information.
